Since it's a hotel on a remote island, it feels like a business hotel on the mainland.
I booked for one night with breakfast, for one person.
The room was average-sized. Free WiFi was available.
The bathtub was quite small with a modular bathroom, but the amenities and service were good.
There was also free food and drinks on the landing on each floor.
I was impressed with the mini cups and sweets!
Breakfast was a Japanese set meal, and the simmered dishes and scrambled eggs were all heavily seasoned.
No instructions were given about the location when I checked in, so I found it by the smell (lol). It was near a snack bar-style door just to the right of the hotel entrance.
The parking lot is located in a separate area (the front desk will direct you). Payment can be made by cash, PayPay, credit card, etc.
A very large cockroach appeared next to the air conditioner, but after a while it went into the vent and was never seen again.
There were two bottles of insecticide in the hallway, so I think this is probably a common occurrence.
I slept very well, even though I usually only get to sleep in the early hours of the morning when I stay at a hotel.
The food was also to my liking, with grilled fish on the menu.
The managers of the inn, brothers, were very nice people.
I got a twin room, but it was a little smaller than it looked in the photos.
The attached restaurant (snack bar?) is open day and night, so I could order whatever I wanted without a reservation, which was very convenient and helpful.
The portions were generous, delicious, and satisfying.
The vending machine alcohol was also reasonably priced.
